Shipping Policy- Processing time Every letter is personalized by hand, so orders take 1 to 3 business days to prepare before they ship.

Shipping methods and rates Standard shipping is free and typically arrives in 5 to 8 business days. Express shipping is $15 and typically arrives in 2 to 3 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.

Christmas delivery deadlines to guarantee arrival before Christmas, please order by: Premium Santa Bundle: December 15 Personalized Letter from Santa: December 15 Basic Letter from Santa: December 15 Orders placed after these dates will still ship, but we cannot guarantee delivery before December 25. Express shipping is recommended for late orders.

Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delays, lost, and damaged mail Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and December is the busiest mail month of the year. If your letter arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email AWISHFROMSANTA@gmail.com and we'll reprint and reship it free.
